After the development team is set up, we assign a skilled project manager to oversee operations. This manager will diligently track project progress, manage individual team member backlogs, and ensure smooth communication between your company and the development team.

Our project managers also work with you on a weekly basis to ensure that the project goals are in sync and that the development team is meeting your expectations in both quality and speed.

The development team will work onsite in a fully equipped, dedicated office designed to enhance focus and productivity, as well asl team cohesion, cross-learning, and collaboration.
